These terms apply to everything you buy from Astrowatch, whether you order on this site, over the phone, or on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We call every order to confirm it before it is dispatched, and an order is confirmed only after that call. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us, the order may be cancelled.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we believe the order is not genuine. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is added at checkout and depends on where the order is going: it is worked out from the district and area you choose, not typed in by hand.

You can pay cash on delivery, or online where that option is offered. With cash on delivery you pay the courier when the order arrives; the goods remain ours until they are paid for.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka usually takes up to 5 working days and outside Dhaka up to 10 working days from the day the order is confirmed. These are the times we work to, not a guarantee: a courier delay, a public holiday or an address we cannot find will add to them, and we will tell you if that happens.

Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If the box is damaged or opened, refuse it and call us the same day.

Warranty and service

Every watch carries the warranty stated on its product page. The warranty covers the movement under normal use. It does not cover water damage on a watch that is not water resistant, a battery that has run down, scratches, straps, or damage from a fall, a repair by somebody else, or an opened case back.

Bring the watch and the invoice to the shop for any warranty claim.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Using this site

The photographs, descriptions and the Astrowatch name on this site are ours; please do not copy them for another shop. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and a photograph is a guide rather than an exact match.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh. Talk to us first — most problems are settled with one phone call.
